Hi guys :) This is my first payment from Squidoo that I got about 5 days ago. I have joined Squidoo since last December but not active there. I just make some lenses, get points or trophy. But I don't know how actually they calculated our earning but they give 50% of their unique revenue shares to us and. We can set up the payment threshold which is at $1, $10 etc or make as charity lenses.
For some people that doesn't know how the Squidoo is, I will explain a bit. Squidoo is the place to someone who like writing or make a review but with unique contents. However, we can make money from this. How? If our lenses get higher ranking, the more we can get. They divide this ranking into 4 (based on December 2008 payout) :
Tier 1 : #1 to #2,000
Tier 2 : #2,001 to #10,000
Tier 3 : #10,001 to #85,000
Tier 4 : More than #85,001
For the payment, it will take some time to process because Squidoo did earn from PPC (Pay Per Click) which is Adsense etc and PPS (Pay Per Sale) which is Amazon and others. If they got their payments from the advertisers, Squidoo will pay the dividend e.g if they calculated for January's payment, so we will get the payment on the middle of the March via PayPal.
